another day at the gym
No running again.I absolutely will not allow myself to run until sometime next week. I'm worried about the leg. Hopefully it feels well and stable enough for me to resume my training again.
I took a day off the other day. I just couldn't fit any type of exercise into my schedule. However, it is about a 2 mile distance round trip from my car to campus and back so I guess that must count for something.
I managed to nearly kill myself at the gym today.
35 min on the bike and 21 min on the elliptical machine.
Calories burned according to machines?
500 cals!

I 'm trying to toughen up my quads and hammies and work them til fatigue. It's all I can do for now. :(
