Suggestions for Running Songs?? Anyone?

Very quickly...

I'm assembling a new running playlist right now.
I would be very appreciative for any suggestions as to what you think are great songs for running. I'm a sucker for very high energy beats ala punk rock but really, anything goes.

I'm almost a little ashamed to admit that I actually have Paris Hilton's new single on my mp3 player. haha See...anything goes!

Ok, I’ll tell you my latest addition to my ipod:
Waiting by Trapt
Ugly by Sevendust
Hypnotize lonely day by System of a down
Fall into sleep by Mudvayne
Several songs by Nine Inch Nails
…there’s other too but these come to mind at the moment even after thinking about it for some time. :) Who knows what will be ringing to my ears next week, maybe paris hilton! LOL

Whoa, that sure came out of left field...I would have never figured you listened to SOAD and the others. That's really awesome! I'm still boggling...sorry. lol

I'll list some of the new ones I put on my mp3 player later.

I have quite a few playlist for certain exercises. For example, I have a playlist called Adrenaline for pumping iron. That playlist includes Pantera, Korn, SOAD, Slayer and etc...it's a hot coffee to the face playlist.

For runs, well...there are quite a few. For my tempo or speed runs I usually listen to songs that have a high BPM which can be hip/hop, techno and etc...

Long runs, I like R&B, rock or anything with a smooth BPM so I can maintain my pace without jumping all over the place.
