15 minutes stationary bike
15 min elliptical
10 min rowing machine
20 min incline walking (treadmill)
Short and sweet.
I'm working on a homework assignment right now but thought I'd write down the workout before I forget. I'm sleepy. :(

Carmen ... nice job on the cross training. I actually got a little in yesterday when I took my youngest daughter to LA Fitness. Stay cool (or as cool as possible)
Thanks! I actually had a little fun with it as well. I wanted to run but had to keep reminding myself that my body was in recovery mode so I had to keep it simple. Sometimes that is just so hard to do, y'know?

Cross training works wonders. I swear by weight training as well. I've become a stronger runner after incorporating weight training.

Wow! LOTS of variety. Awesome job!
good job incorporating the cross training. the elliptical - i tried it only a couple of times and never felt like it provided a beneficial workout for me. if you enjoy the stationary bike you might consider taking a spin class - great for improving speed and endurance.
