take that 2.5 miles!
I went above and beyond in my jog last night (1/25).Being that I was sore for the jog two nights ago, I thought that I wouldn't try to risk muscle strain so I decided to run 2.5 miles.
I ended up running a total of 3.5 miles!
I was so proud of myself because I wasn't expecting to be running a 5k lenth until sometime next week! The only thing is that, of course, I am running slower than I was back in October so I guess my goal now for the next couple of weeks is to decrease my pace time.
Yay! I'll be racing in no time!
I'm so happy!
