I think the following statements are really tied together:

What Are You Thinking About Right Now: PowerPoint
What Are You Doing At The Moment: procrastinating?

PowerPoint is an evil invention of Microsoft designed to force us to summarize our best thoughts into asinine bullet list. No wonder you want to procrastinate.

On to running: Start repeating to yourself ... running will relieve stress, running will relieve stress ... You've got to get back out there and start tearing up the terra ferma. You're strong, you can do it and you’ll start feeling better.

Starting out a new job after college is extremely stressful. I know, I ended up in the hospital with ulcerative colitis when I was 26. It was no fun. All work and no play made Phil a very sick boy.

Good luck Carmen
