yay

Thanks for your suggestions Deene, Ann, and Renee. I am looking into the programs you suggested that I run for.

Kids, I AM SORE!!!!

I totally know how my grandma feels now when she has to have help walking up stairs or getting up from a chair. hehe

It's great to run for a lesser known cause; the large programs draw lots of attention to some things but leave a whole bunch of others on their own.

walk backwards when you need to go downstairs if your quads are really sore.

Sore is understandable. You put in a fantastic performance this weekend. Think about getting out and taking a short walk, you'll start to feel better quickly.

haha!! I laugh because I know what you mean!! Drink lots of water. I also drink some of EAS Cytovol - it really helps decrease recovery time. My husband bought me some of that when I started boot camp and was super sore. I always keep some on hand for after those tough days you know you will pay for. :) Fruit punch flavor is good.
